Our primary focus is on companies having 50 to 500 employees, but we can adapt our systems to work with employer groups as small as 10 eligible participants and as large as 1000 eligible participants. We firmly believe that today’s workforce is made up of a diverse population of people, each having individually different needs, one of those being the opportunity to purchase and understand benefits that best fit their own circumstance. Benefit Management Group, Inc. is based in Lewistown, Pennsylvania. Our client base includes; banks, manufacturing companies, medical facilities, municipal governments, and family held corporations. Most of our marketing is done through carefully screened independent brokers and consulting firms in Pennsylvania and the mid-Atlantic. Our enrollment and employee communication services are provided through professional employee benefit counselors. Additionally, we are able to service companies having a national presence using an established network of benefit plan counselors based throughout the continental United States.
